This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through NEWINTOPS.
We want you to feel confident and comfortable with every purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- Hygiene products (such as socks, shapewear, and underwear) must be unworn and unopened
We do not accept returns for change of mind.
60-Day Fit Guarantee
We understand that sizing and comfort are important.
If you are not fully satisfied with the fit within 60 days of receiving your order, you may contact us for a size exchange.
In most cases, we will send a replacement size without requiring the return of the original item.

- Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)
Do not send any items back without receiving return approval.
Return Shipping
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect: we cover return shipping
- For other approved returns: customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–14 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- You will receive an email confirmation once processed
Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Worn or washed items
- Opened hygiene products
- Items returned without approval
